About the Executive Team
Terri-Ann Feindt
Terri-Ann Feindt is the Founder of Double Eagle Consulting, a woman owned business. Terri-Ann has nearly 25 years IT experience and is an accomplished C-suite executive in both a CIO and COO capacity. Her expertise is in enterprise-wide business evaluation, strategic planning, cloud enablement, CRM, Cyber Security and PCI compliance. She is recognized for establishing and maintaining high levels of service and growth, delivering business consultation, risk reduction, cost optimization, strategic direction and implementation plans for nimble business environments. She prides herself in building a team at Double Eagle Consulting of highly accomplished Account Managers, Consultants, Solution Engineers, Developers and Research Analysts.
Terri-Ann is recognized for successfully transitioning technology departments into strategic partners aligning business with technology. She has also skillfully led institutions through customer redevelopment efforts which include the implementation of integrated customer focused platforms and business intelligence to support long-term business strategies; primarily focused on enhancing the customer experience and loyalty.
Terri-Ann is an active member with Women in Technology, NetApp and DMN Marketing Forum. Her speaking experiences include being a repeat guest lecturer at Seton Hall University, Masters in Non-Profit Management; guest lecturer Fisher College Undergraduate Project Management Class; guest lecturer College of Charleston, IT Management and Governance; Key-note presenter to the Theater Management Association in London; and lecturer for the American Fundraising Professionals, League of American Theatre, Marketing Performing Arts Center Consortium and the New Jersey Theatre Alliance. Terri-Ann is currently a Board Member for the Cancer Hope Network and served as a Board Member for the American Cancer Society – NWNJ. Additionally, she was a Committee member for several of the American Cancer Society’s Starry Night Gala’s, Board President and founding Vice President of CIOArts, INTIX Committee Member, and Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce Board Member Ambassador.
An avid golfer who is always in search of the next best score, you can find Terri-Ann honing her golf game during her spare time. While never achieving that elusive score of a Double Eagle, Terri-Ann takes pride in achieving a 97-yard hole out gaining her the score of an Eagle (a score of 2 on a par 4).
Robert S. Tarleton
Robert Tarleton is Chief Innovation Officer at Double Eagle Consulting where technology and security strategy, assessment, and solution delivery are the cornerstone across a diverse client base including general nonprofit, performing arts, and banking/financial. Recent engagements resulting in successful technology, cyber-security, staff restructuring, and strategy road-map development include Liberty Science Center and a large credit union on Long Island. Prior, Robert was also Partner and Chief Technology Officer at I2 Ventures focusing primarily on non-profit technology strategy and innovation, introduction of fundraising and revenue opportunities, and expense reduction strategies.
Before devoting his efforts to Double Eagle Consulting, Robert was Chief Technology Officer at Lincoln Center for fourteen years where he led the design and management of all technology solutions for the 1.2-billion-dollar campus-wide transformation. Robert also created Technology Shared Service providing a wide variety of solutions to the ten constituent organizations that call Lincoln Center home. He continued with the realization of new revenue sources through creation of technology shared services and live broadcast and streaming offerings use by ABC, CBS, and PBS. More recently, Robert executed a productivity and revenue increasing CRM & Marketing Cloud strategy feeding 360-degree analytics. Finally, He designed and led the migration to a cost reducing SAS/Cloud application delivery.
Prior to Lincoln Center, Robert spearheaded post acquisition merger for American Media Inc. He redesigned budget and estimating while leading budget creation. Finally, He led the Finance & Planning and Advertising Information departments.
In his personal time, Robert is on the board of directors for the Sussex County ARC Foundation working to raise money to support the organizations many residence facilities and day programs serving mentally challenged adults. He too can be found on the golf course honing his game.
